Why can’t I find the product I usually get?

It may be out of stock or temporarily removed while we restock. Some drops sell out quickly, especially limited-run strains. Check back soon or explore similar blends — everything in your Ghost Box qualifies for discounts.

Can I mix different product types in my Ghost Box?

Yes. Vapes, edibles, flower, concentrates — stack whatever you want. The discounts apply no matter the mix.

Do discounts apply automatically in the Ghost Box?

They do. As soon as your subtotal hits a discount tier, it updates in real time. No codes needed.

Why isn’t my discount showing up?

Make sure you’ve added enough items to meet the minimum subtotal. If something still looks off, contact support@ghosthemp.co and we’ll take care of it.

Can I use discount codes with the bundle builder?

No. Bundle Builder savings are already stacked — discount codes won’t apply on top. You’re getting the best available deal.

I started a bundle but left the page — is my box saved?

Bundles aren’t saved automatically. If you're logged into your account, some items may stay in your cart, but we recommend completing your bundle in one session.

Do you offer subscriptions or auto-ship?
